Secure your unit and define a purchase structure that is most suitable for you. The participation structure, execution phases, and investment strategy between apartments in the same villa can be different — at that stage you choose and define your own in advance.

Construction & Delivery

All buyers start from the initial stage. The architectural design is developed and the full permitting process is initiated after that. After all required approvals are obtained, the project moves into the construction preparation phase. At the end, we deliver a finished apartment.

Villa Management Setup (Optional)
